If you explore like 6 miles every day, you might notice that your problems become less of problems. No need to buy any gear~just exploring the area you live in can help a lot I think. It ends up being easy to become one with your surroundings.

Walk without distractions. No phone or headphones. Really observe everything in the world around you. Especially if you’re lucky enough to live in a big city like New York. I once looked for items of a different specific color every day on my way to work for a few weeks. It was the most I ever enjoyed my commute 🛑🌅🌼🥬🦋☂️

My biggest thing when being in a funk is feeling stuck somewhere, so I force myself to put on some clothes and put myself somewhere new so my mind can follow. @devisthatgirl already covered going on a walk, you could also: - go on a random drive and listen to music/podcasts - go to a craft store - go to a free museum - or literally just find somewhere quiet outside the house - I recommend no scrolling and just sit, smell, listen, look closely at the things around you. I've been there many times - you can do this!! <3

either going on a hike or just exploring and taking my time somewhere in nature. It helps me to get some perspective and reset. I prefer somewhere with a creek, I like looking at different rocks trying to find ones that have cool shapes/textures/colors. look for national/state forests or wildlife refuges near you! for creative ruts, i’ll do an excercise sometimes where I look for weird shadows or leaves or anything really and try and turn those shapes into characters or just see how my brain reinterprets them. it’s a nice low stakes creative game

I recently rewatched this movie that was one of my favorites growing up, only to find that it was better and more thoughtful than I remembered. The acting is genius around the board. Originally it was written by Roald Dahl, writer of Matilda and James and the Giant Peach and tons of other amazing books that became movies. Not only is the plot mesmerizing, but the songs in this movie are too. I couldn’t believe how good some of the melodies were, I was brought to tears like twice. Very inspirational to hear if you make or like music. Not to get too negative but the 2005 Johnny Depp one and the recent one wit Timothy C are big time pathetic in comparison :/ I had to stop both within 20 mins! I’m not much of a movie person but id recommend the 71 Willy Wonka with Gene Wilder to anybody.

Trying to let go of jealous energy as much as possible is something I believe has saved my life so far. You are great. No need to compete with your peers or even compare yourself to them. Everyone has such different things goin on in every way, and to base achievements or successes upon others can be very damaging. Rock with yourself please

Drinking a ton of water all day every day especially if you go hard in life. Easy to forget but also easy to remember. Not only drinking water but going to be around water~if you live near the ocean that’s lucky and you can take advantage of its power~ponds lakes and rivers too though, putting yourself around these places can help I do think.
