I like to do this in the morning & about an hour before bed. The fresh air feels comforting & for seemingly no reason it always lifts my mood.

I like to start my day by opening the windows and doors, allowing the breeze to flow through my house while It’s still cool out. Really lean into it and maybe let out a deep sigh or tilt your head gently against the door frame for a little. Bonus points for clutching a mug with both hands or wearing a robe.
