green shiny muscats have a bite, the skin is thin and tight so that when you bite into it, the juices burst out with a noticeable force. it usually doesnβt have seeds and you can eat the skin with no hesitation. they make a great dessert ingredient because they can be manipulated.
korean purple grapes have a thicker, pulpier skin that gives and slides away so that the inner flesh can almost be sucked out. there are thicker seeds and the skin of the grape is slightly bitter but some of the flesh sticks to the skin and you can juice it even more with your mouth. i find that these grapes are a bit more work but are often sweeter. they are eaten as a dessert of their own.
