I carry around a little grandma-style pill case filled with supplements, Advil, excedrin, Tums, etc everywhere I go and honestly being out and suddenly getting a headache or another ailment and being able to solve it then and there is such a gift to myself and others. Someone says “ouch my tummy hurts” and you hand them a tum and you become their little nurse and everyone is happy.

im not talking about the hard stuff, im talkin about carrying around a pocket pill organizer in your bag and filling it with all the pills you could ever possibly need. you could always be 2 seconds away from acid reflux relief.

One day you wake up and you’re in your 30s and there’s a mix of prescriptions and supplements and vitamins you’re meant to take daily. Some of them are for the morning and others are for the evening. By lunch it’s like, did I take them this morning? I think I did but maybe that was yesterday. Same thing happens as you go to bed. Now I just ask my pill organizer, and it answers by either being empty or not in the relevant space. Tuesday morning? Check. Friday evening? Still there, try again next week. Can’t recommend it enough.
