i use a couple to keep tylenol and what not in my work bag/errand bag/other errand bag (for when i wanna switch things up look wise) so i have some on hand and i donโt need to keep buying those little travel bottles because i can just refill them at home (when i remember to)
I carry around a little grandma-style pill case filled with supplements, Advil, excedrin, Tums, etc everywhere I go and honestly being out and suddenly getting a headache or another ailment and being able to solve it then and there is such a gift to myself and others. Someone says โouch my tummy hurtsโ and you hand them a tum and you become their little nurse and everyone is happy.
you will never catch me opening up a bunch of different bottles and trying to remember what i take when. instead, once a week, i organize all my little pills into a little container with the days of the week on it and then it takes zero mental effort. my grandma and i have the same one
as a lifelong allergy/sinus pain and migraine sufferer i always have to have ibuprofen, excedrin, ubrelvy, zofran, antihistamines, eye drops and anxiolytics on me!! also keep band-aids, tampons and narcan with all the pills juuust in case
on a VERY big cyanotype kick lately so I have been plotting and tinkering and wanted to make myself something special and unique so I captured the essence of girlhood aka dumped the contents of my tote bag and printed it ONTO the bag (is this meta - also pls ignore the bleed this is literally only my fifth time doing this)
taking care of yourself is sexy, live music is sexy, taking care of your hearing WHILE listening to live music is extremely sexy
(i forgot my ear plugs last night can you tell i was suffering a bit)
love that i have a camera that lets me do multiple exposures without having to frankenstein the film out of the roll after iโve finished it (feat. my lovely partner) !!
