orthotic inserts

as stupid and expensive as they are they are an absolute necessity. getting orthotic inserts reopened a world of walking everywhere all the time again sans seemingly perpetual pain. i travelled this summer and legitimately i was most worried about getting my shoes stolen (whether logical or not) cause i´d be a mess without my inserts. shitty thing is that they don’t fit into all shoes so a shoe choice in the morning takes a lot more thought now

ORthotic footwear & insoles

you are never too young to start wearing orthotics. i tried my first pair of vionics this year - and all of a sudden my knees and hips felt aligned, and relieved? my posture immediately improved?? i am more relaxed??? i didn't even know i was so unbalanced (physically)!!! unbelievable!!! i am addicted to comfort 😤 😳 and honestly i feel its cruel to wear unsupportive footwear (unless you're on a date or photoshoot i guess). tell everybody you know. there should be shoe funds and charities.

Nerd out on a secret HOBBY

for example - I find music theory very soothing - it’s only a hobby - i don’t intend on sharing my results with anyone - it’s like a puzzle for me - it is math - it is so fun to practice the shapes of the triads into my fingers - i love all the different ways these sounds can go together - i never lead with this as a conversation bc it’s only mine - i skip parties to study it - i stop scrolling bc i’m like - can i move my fingers faster in this pentatonic scale? - it’s literally so fun to have a secret hobby - nobody has to know

the sky is a mirror people aren’t a way because of a planet, things aren’t happening because of planets astrology is a tool - planets are a mirror to what is happening on earth - in the same way one uses a mirror to pick spinach out of their teeth there are many branches of astrology in the same way there are many kinds of engineering it is not scientifically proven bc empowering ppl with a free tool (developed and utilized by cultures globally for 1000s of years lolz) would result in a huge economic loss for whoever funds the science tests. literally Duh if u vibe go further and if you do not vibe, stop being so angsty about it
