as stupid and expensive as they are they are an absolute necessity. getting orthotic inserts reopened a world of walking everywhere all the time again sans seemingly perpetual pain. i travelled this summer and legitimately i was most worried about getting my shoes stolen (whether logical or not) cause i´d be a mess without my inserts.
shitty thing is that they don’t fit into all shoes so a shoe choice in the morning takes a lot more thought now
1i0r4 the reebok club c’s fit mine! (the unisex version, not the women’s…) i also have wide feet so they work quite well. my inserts are kinda hard and pushed out the leather a bit on the sides so they do look even wider now but they’re super comfy!
helps that they’re just the most basic daily shoe ever
Dr. Scholl’s if you’re brand loyal. But any insert will do. Your feet see so much wear and tear literally carrying you through this life so take care of them!
Plus if you have small feet (like me) insoles can help you fake that a cute shoe actually fits.
perfect for a walk, for a night in, for laying in bed and staring at the ceiling
each song is about a different character at a house party that takes place one night, and each of them is worth a song
