The other day I bought mini vegetarian burgers made of squash and quinoa, but I added a little bit of spice to the whole thing! (sorry I am still proud of myself for how good this all tasted that I wanted to share it). Basically I created a sauce with besciamella (I think it's called bechiamel in english) and I seasoned it with black pepper and rosmery. Then proceeded to heat a pan and melt some butter and added the onions to caramelize them (just wait a bit then add salt and then brown sugar). When I was done cooking the mini burgers I assembled everything: besciamella sauce at the bottom, caramelized onions and the mini burgers on top. What a treat <3
