He's Russian and very to the point. Most of the calls have been him saying he has no idea what's going on with my truck. "It's a challenge," he says, but also we chat a little. He has two kids and speaks better English than French. Yesterday he called and I asked him, "How are you?" and he sighed and he paused and he said "Well... I'm still alive."
I love him, I hope he's always alive.
