this is so good for your neck & overall spinal alignment!!!!! our shoulders weren't meant to be hunched inwards over a laptop keyboard :/ if u have chronic back pain may i suggest investing in a magic mouse

I am 24 and already suffering from lots of hip/neck/shoulder/back pains. All my muscles are just incredibly tense all the time, to the point where the muscles cramp up and give me awful headaches (though thankfully only for a few seconds). The way to improve all this tension? Movement, apparently. I have now set several timers to make sure I dont sit still for multiple hours on end. So far have only noticed small improvements, but Id recommend y'all to give it a go as well. Maybe it can prevent some more serious muscle pains for you x.

i deal with nerve pain that comes and goes, I also sit about half of the day during work and these are a godsend for getting loose

i want to gatekeep but in the spirit of PI i am going to say..... the russian & turkish baths on e 10th st has it all: unflattering green shorts, old ukranian men, a truly awful lingering sweaty stench, a deli, a cold plunge i lasted all of 20 seconds in, walkability from my apartment, and an undeniable sense of camaraderie & community ..... 10/10 no notes
