lay your neck over a foam roller on the ground. it should hit your neck at the top, by the base of the skull. and turn your head left and right slowly. you’ll feel some pressure points and pressing on it gives me some release! i did physical therapy for my chronic migraines/headaches for a few months and this is my favorite thing i learned there!

this is so good for your neck & overall spinal alignment!!!!! our shoulders weren't meant to be hunched inwards over a laptop keyboard :/ if u have chronic back pain may i suggest investing in a magic mouse
