Looking for something with your eyes closed

Whenever I’m trying to get to sleep, I’ll really close my eyes and try to stare as deep as I can. Sometimes I think I can see faces, or an opening of light that reveals something I’m not supposed to be seeing, that then closes immediately.

Pivot to someone else

make eye contact with someone else, draw them in, wait for them to chat with the person you’re escaping, and slowly back away. works every time
