The cleanup is so much easier. Consistent results. You don't have a burnt part and raw part on the same piece. Make sure to cover the entire baking sheet with parchment so the grease stays contained. Put it in while the oven's preheating. 400°, check it at 20 minutes, maybe less if it's thin bacon, maybe more if it's thick bacon. For cleanup, wait til the grease coagulates, then you can just ball up the parchment and throw it away!

I for a while was really sick of bacon I had it a lot when I lived on the farm and overdid it. Recently my love for bacon has revived, I yearn for bacon and tend to want it everyday, I love the crispiness, fattiness, and meatiness. The only thing I dislike about it is cooking it😔 it’s splatter,, but that’s why I have a lovely boyfriend to cook it for me, that’s what he’s good for

It's not really about the plot, which is my usual draw. It was nice to see some adults acting like grown adults. At a couple points, I thought I could see the spicy conflict about to happen, but nope, reasonable people being reasonable and talking things out.

Yes! I was sorta wondering what I liked about this app. It's like the gratitude journal that I keep hearing I should start. I find myself thinking more about the little things that bring me joy in the everyday.
Dunno how Tyler cracked the code but somehow I’m looking at a feed of gratitude lists instead of doom scrolling passive agressive buckshot that wants me to kill myself. This is the best thing on the internet since tumblr.

I can zone out. Nobody is going to bother me. I don't have to feel rushed. I can feel lonely while I'm around a bunch of other people.
