i just ordered a sweatshirt on depop that was my childhood swim team's logo...which is just the tasmanian devil...with a pair of flippers on.. but they call him "The Water Rat"
I love this so much! Especially when its because of random geographic statues / limitations for TM and ©. In Puerto Rico the whole branding (logo / colors / positioning) for Target is used by a rental company since they didn't trademark it there i guess. The glaring confusion for tourists is SO hilarious to me.

There's a pot dispensary in my Oklahoma hometown that uses the logo for a children's TV network in Ontario, Canada.
Literally every retro game shop I've ever been to does the same, and I wouldn't have it any other way..
It’s not trademarked I guess but an eyebrow threader in Philly used to have a headshot of Amanda seyfried as their little mascot on their shop banner .. wonder if it’s still there
There’s a burrito spot next door to me and their logo is Donkey from Shrek wearing a Santa hat.
