true and optimum hydration...add about 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to a tall glass (or bottle) of water and top it off with a squeeze of lime (electrolytesss). you can also add them to whatever drink on hand. GREAT for when you're sick and your throat feels like sandpaper. otherwise, good to add into the mix whenever you feel like it.
