i listen to music on my phone and my ipod. keep the ipod in my car so i can just throw it on shuffle and not think about playlists or anything. i don’t use any streaming services, i just get music off of Soulseek, Bandcamp, and physical CDs. I much prefer it. spotify and apple music are missing a lot of cool stuff

i live laugh love going to the movies, and having my regal unlimited membership makes it sooooo much more financially feasible! plus i love rewatching movies and being able to see an unlimited amount of movies for a flat rate a month is so unbelievably worth it to me. if i had an amc near me i would be an amc a-lister for sureeee! we gotta keep movie theaters alive it's like one of my favorite places <3

Going to the movies rocks. this was honestly such a hard question. This isn’t exactly the ~best~ movie but it is a great movie to see in a theater
From like 19-20 going to the Landmark in Westwood to see the Room with my friends rocked. The Room is such a funny bad movie and it’s even better at this theater because of all the canned responses the audience has to the shit happening on screen. its similar to how campy people get with Rocky Horror Picture Show. People throw plastic spoons and loudly jeer at the movie. occasionally Tommy Wiseau and maybe Greg Sestero will show up and you can take a pic. Highly recommend pregaming and then going with your friends at least once
sometimes a specific audience for it will suck but overall it was always pretty fun.

cameras have been embodied for a century or so now. their size and ubiquity now aren‘t necessarily changing that. i think the forthcoming shift has more to do with our ways of thinking becoming more aligned with ceaseless interaction with appliances. the theory of perception as a desktop interface (filtering out any data unnecessary for our daily existence) rings true now more than ever, but what is happening to the desktops we compare ourselves to? they’re being turned into inaccessible appliances whose intricacies are only known to their corporate creators. that said, i imagine the aesthetics and conventions we consider aligned with “reality” will grow to match a mediated experience of life.
