feature requests 3/19

- Ability to paste text into the all-caps rec title - Better prompt for Asks because a lot of users do not get it. (Alternatively have a checkbox for "Rhetorical Ask" and people can only reply with comments as opposed to recs.) - Ability to add a photo to a comment - Do some unsupervised machine learning on existing emoji/rec pairs to come up with other categories and/or extended emoji clusters for the Browse page, if any - Ability to edit a comment - The bullet-point hyphens in this post are rendered as black on mobile despite the main font being white
