Only if the food isn’t crazy expensive. Point being though you’re less focused on the food and it‘s something familiar or simple where you’re not even really thinking about it. Yeah and you’re not in the mood to try something wild tonight or deal with wherever is the most hyped at the minute. Maybe you even know people who work there or own the place. Allows you to focus and be more perceptive of the environment, the people you’re with, community, the vibes etc. The food is really only part of the equation in a truly good dining experience. It just has to be good enough- other things can truly make the difference and the final score.
