Some call it the nappucino. I did not invent the concept and am merely a proponent. Instructions as follows: 1. Drink coffee 2. Nap (no alarm) 3. Naturally awaken 20 minutes later as the caffeine starts to hit and go forward into the day with renewed focus and clarity Also can be done with tea if you’re into that. You’re also then allowed to call it a tiesta.

jakes I drink the coffee really quickly and then I also have a sip of water so there isn’t as much of a coffee taste in my mouth which maybe helps with the placebo?

jakes caffeine naps got me through college. it takes about 20-30 minutes for your body to absorb caffeine so your brain gets some downtime then the coffee gets to do its thing

dont want to be a pi.fyi but I think this is crazy since I’ve heard of it. I’m shocked ppl can go to sleep after coffee with the placebo of drinking it

Nothing better than drinking a cup of coffee, setting that 25 min timer, and waking up to metabolized caffeine and a ready to get stuff done attitude *<|=D

It’s a show from the 90s where John Lurie takes a guest (and friend) fishing. John has no fishing experience. Nothing really happens. It’s the funniest thing I’ve seen this year. I’d suggest starting with William Dafoe, Matt Dillon, or Tom Waits.
