1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level)
top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄
but not just greek yogurt - i need a shit ton of toppings on it - berries, fruit, chia seeds or pudding, walnuts, flax seeds, honey, jam, everything :)
feels like a lil village and everyone is nice and its all fun like a pre-party the music is on but its not too loud and the snacks are good. the snacks are good.
