I love this movie so much. i love being from LA and the colors really capture what the city means to me. i also find comfort in being ok with things not working out how you hope they do. powering through and being able to move on is beautiful and so is reminiscing on past relationships/friendships

This movie provides the warm and fuzzy feelings I so desperately need. I also love that it takes place in Massachusetts and there are so many shots of familiar places in Boston. Even though it’s a newer movie, it makes me feel really nostalgic. <3

I absolutely love this movie. When I saw it in the theatre, my roommate and I were the only people sobbing our eyes out. I had just gotten “nothing matters” tattooed on my knee a month or two before, and it was like it was glowing by the end of the movie ❤️ beautifully shot, funny, amazing acting, a good multiverse movie that actually makes you think about life

the vibe of the coastal rhode island town
the relatable weirdness of extended family
the ever-comforting steve carrell 'sad guy' archetype
a coming of age b-plot from the perspective of a parent that plays into the overall theme of the film
the feel of the family cabin
the very mid 2000's musical choices
cant recommend this stupid little romcom enough
