Eating a meal and consuming the tiniest unit of food for each bite. Im talking one piece of rigatoni on a fork and even biting it in half. It is sooo much fun and you savor so much love in the food. Like it gives you the time to relax and enjoy

as a fun little challenge... its an exercise in pretending you are a garbage truck... squeezing and compacting the first few forkfuls into your cheeks... finally when i see that my plate or bowl has been cleared i will chew and swallow and digest... why i do this is a very good question but it definitely started when i'd have those puny, absolutely tiny portions of michelina's frozen pasta meals in the green boxes!!! my favourites were the lasagna with meat sauce and the lasagna alfredo with broccoli . for the record B) please don't judge me

really into accumulating small tupperwares of the last 2-3 bites of my meals for later. no more feeling pressure to clear my plate! I shall relish you later (approx. 30mins later however all the sweeter!!)

so uniquely intimate — whats more fun than being loved and trusted enough to adventure in another’s shoes. It’s also the right amount of scary and empowering
