Egyptian comedy song about a horse-drawn carriage. This is a song I listened to in my parents car growing up (im lebanese tho) and it’s part of my new-age appreciation of Arab music. I actually cant stop hyperfixating in this song rn
The rhythmic clip clop cadence here is what makes this song special. Like literally riding a horse. the real singer is this artist name Amina (I think) and she actually made up a new verb:
El Hantour is a horse-drawn carriage, but to Hantar is to… be riding the horse-drawn carriage. So brilliant
