I promise it is so easy and you will feel like a goddess of the hearth.
Recipe:
6oz hot water
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
Dried herbs (if you want, I do oregano, basil, and garlic powder)
2 cups four
Do the hot water first and sprinkle yeast and let it sit for 3-5 minutes to activate yeast. Then add the rest of the ingredients, slowly adding in flour until you get the consistency you want (not sticky). kneed it for a bit and then let rise in a greased bowl with either a towel or plastic wrap over it for an hour. Then you roll it out and itβs good to go!
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until toppings are golden brown.
