Going to bed at like 10 though. My work has been crazy and I am most productive in the morning and if I do need to run errands it is nice to be alert by the time businesses are opening. Also my cat gets hungy early.

my sleep schedule fluctuates quite drastically and i do often appreciate a 4am bedtime but i’ve been so into eating a yummy dinner and then crawling beneath the sheets and asleep before 10 goodnightttt

Bedtime fluctuates but the goal is 'in bed' by 10:30 and asleep by 12a. The long term goal would be something like a rigid 11p-7a. This has been a hugely positive shift from all the years I slept ~2am-10am. All I was really doing past 10 was consuming media. I get much more done now.
