I have little to no musical experience and i just decided to try to learn the acoustic guitar this past summer...best thing i ever did. I love music!!! i just look up guitar tutorials on youtube of songs i genuinely enjoy and could listen to over and over and it's actually so fun learning. and when you finally can play it right!! so gratifying.
anyway, 10/10 hobby to have and it's pretty portable and easy to upkeep. i waited for a sale at Guitar Center and got the Yamaha F335 Acoustic in the pretty pretty sunburst color. get a capo and a variety pack of picks too! all u need

this is my third semester taking weekly guitar lessons, but admittedly I have not practiced much in the past. that changes NOW. my fingers hurt and I keep making mistakes but it will be worth it <3 I think 2025 is the year to do challenging things. And, anyway, this guitar isn't going to play itself...

genuinely believe journaling has saved my mental health but doing it in public alone is such a better alternative to going on your phone and also if you have a pretty notebook it's a great conversation starter
