I begin every morning with mango, acai, banana, spinach, and ginger blended up into silky frozen goodness. Just drop the whole root in. Then I balance the smoothie with bacon, hash browns, eggs, and ketchup.
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level)
top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄
