need to shout out Bulgarian style yogurt. the tyranny of greek yogurt must end.
i like greek yogurt but it's so casein heavy i feel like a clogged pipe eating it. bulgarian yogurt keeps the whey in and it's all the better for it. it's tangy, refreshing, light but creamy. incredible when salted.
