makes eating much more of a focused activity. thought going into every bite. plus its typically just delicious. I've been eating all my meals like this lately - most often salmon, rice, cucumber salad, dried seaweed (as a vessel for the rice and salmon), and maybe some kimchi jiggae on the side.
The other night I only had two bowls (rice and soup) for dinner and my roommate Gara said "whoa do you need to go grocery shopping?"
