Your differences make you interesting and owning your quirks makes you more confident than hiding them. Keep your kindness, be proud of it and use it often. Don't diminish yourself just to please others. They know just as much or as little as you do.

I think that not being suited for the masses shows that you are being true to yourself ! You are weird ! So what ? At the end of the day we are all unique so technically we are all the same ! You need to see your neighbor as a reflection of yourself ! What I’m trying to say is that you don’t have to prove yourself being you is already a proof of your existence !

it's actually better to be weird! confuse people, be ugly, passionate, be YOU. i spent so much time trying to be perfect and liked by everyone and that way i just got a lot of shallow connections because i refused to let people see the real me and get to really know me. it's silly to chase perfection as it donesn't exist and being weird is better than being boring :p

i think now more than ever, we live in a society where it is normalized to judge others for not following the ā€œtrendsā€ or ā€œsocially acceptableā€ things, which has become a big problem for the coming generations. i think people should be their unique, authentic, selves and shouldn’t be afraid of such, because who actually cares ? i mean, yeah, people will probably judge you for it and say rude things, but people will do that anyways, so why not have them say it about something YOU know you love. as long as you know that you like it, then it shouldn’t matter what that one girl thinks about it, because at the end of the day, it’s just someone’s opinion, not an actual truth. if you wanna dress all funky and different, do it !! and do so with confidence .

a study issued last month found that dancing is the most effective way of treating and mitigating depression. Walking, therapy, and yoga also outpaced SSRIs. and if you're saying 'oh this was probably funded by Big Dance', there's no evidence of that and if you're saying 'that's just what a Big Dance shill would say', well honey you're right
