Tea

so basic, but literally such a sacred thing to me. I don’t care if it’s jasmine, chamomile, chai, thai, mint, lemon, hot, iced, or with boba. Whoever decided to put leaves and spices in water was amazing!!! My hot, jasmine tea every night is so strangely grounding.

homemade chai

go to your local farmers market or wherever you can get loose leaf tea and get black tea, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, star anise, black pepper, cloves, bishops weed (or fennel bc it’s more common) and some ginger and throw into a pot with some water and add your milk of choice to taste. strain then serve it with some biscuits or leave it in the fridge for on the go iced chai. it’s like the best hug you can give to yourself
