I know pretty much everyone knows the season 1 twist BUT still watch it! Mypsyche and the way I relate to other people has been permanently changed by this show but like in a gentle way. BUT if you’ve already seen the good place watch upload it’s similar by the same creator but also a scathingly funny criticism of hypercapitalism!

if i had a comfort sitcom, this would be it :,) sadly it only has two short seasons, so i've seen every episode at least 10 times. (if you're going to watch it, make sure to look up the right episode order because it aired out of order.)
when i'm at a loss for what i want to watch, i put it on. somehow despite having seen it a bajillion times, the gags still land. there's also something so inherently 2000s about it with its slightly outdated jokes and energy that i find charming. it's the same way i feel about 2 broke girls. it's just fun hjinks with people who are kind of messed up!!!

I know Amy Schumer isn’t for everyone but this show is extremely sweet and funny and poignant. I accidentally started S1 over when I meant to press play on S2 and then just watched all of S1 again bc I didn’t remember it very well. It was great and thought provoking, and I’m enjoying S2 a lot too so far. (On Hulu)
