I recently got back into cycling as a way of commuting around my neighbourhood. But when I'm feeling heavy or stuck, I just go off to find a set of wheels, and try to cycle from Point A to a known Point B in the least useful way possible. Walking is another way to do that, but the speed of the bike is exhilarating hahaha Another thing is putting on music I used to listen to as a teenager. It really does bring my mood back up! Hopefully some of this is helpful 🦋

just go on a walk, meander aimlessly. maybe you’ll find it helps to process your anxieties or it could just provide a bit of distraction to engage with whatever environment you’re strolling through. music optional

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
