you don’t need my review to convince you to read it, but it’s the first emily henry book i’ve ever read and i really enjoyed it.. couldn’t put it down until i finished it !

Currently working my way through Emily Henry's bibliography and having a blast. If you wanna read sth slightly more highbrow then Id maybe suggest Normal People? Not necessarily a happy book but, to me, itfeels comforting. Also could definitely recommend children's books when you are looking for stories with happy endings

Obsessed with the format. Chapter titles are perfect + hilarious. I loved the choppy timeline & stream of consciousness narration.
Narrator is very real & wildly relatable. Also many other real, and dislikable, characters, which I LOVE.
Can’t believe it’s her first novel!? Absolutely devoured this.

i have 9 out right now and in no world am i finishing all 9 of them (including a 500 page oral history of the soviet union and like a 550 page one about the manson murders). but i really love checking books out, really satisfies some sort of innate consumer impulse in me. and i love having books around me.
