thoroughly planning a breakup so that you end that chapter with empathy and understanding instead of with anger and resentment in the heat of emotions. makes moving on and forward in life so much easier.
now also have a best friend who has seen me at my lowest and with whom i can share most every experience without judgement.
only applicable if this individual is healthy enough to keep in ur life.

i despise exercising so much. i am not joking. i have never understood why people enjoy spending extra energy to move their body around and sweat.
however…
a few weeks ago i tried bouldering for the first time. coming into it, i was pessimistic because of my inherent attitude towards exercise. but once i tried it OMG!
i was so surprised about how much i enjoyed it.
bouldering truly solves all the issues i have with exercise:
1. it does not feel like an exercise (you feel like you’re playing in an adult playground)
2. you don’t sweat that intensely
3. the crowd isn’t intimidating(at least at my place it’s mostly nerdy tech hipsters, lesbians, and children)
4. somehow you don’t feel perceived by the people around you
