BIG yogurt renaissance to kickoff 2025. I’m eating like three or four a day. yogurt can be controversial because many yogurts have tons of added sugar and very little protein. but I think there’s a balance to be struck here. I’ll eat high-protein low-sugar yogurts because they’re scrumptious and good for you. but I’ll also have a low-protein high-sugar yogurt almost as a dessert. a great sweet treat and for about a dollar a pop, very cost effective. my favorite “dessert yogurt” is these Chobani Flips. part of the container is yogurt. the other part is a smaller container with toppings, that you “flip” over into the yogurt!! hence the name. how wonderful. I enjoy the key lime pie one and the peanut butter cup one. for healthy yogurt, I eat oikos triple zero. I love yogurt. I hadn’t eaten it in a very long time but the past week has been a yogurt filled adventure.
