Life gets incredibly busy and hectic… taking a moment to ground yourself is important. Someone once told me if you lie on your back with your knees bent for 10 minutes, it realigns your spine… but I find it realigns my brain as well. I don’t have the focus, dedication, or patience to meditate, so I do this instead. If you're able to find a patch of moss, it just brings it to the next level. Don’t question it, just try.
