her debut album and her most underrated work. one thing about charli is that she lives and breathes pop. brat is fun and whateverwhatever but here? shes young and conflicted and pathetic and restless and hurt and in love. listen to grins.

Every time she begins a new era I have so much fun going back to Charli’s debut. It STILL HITS. Some general thoughts:
1) Nuclear Seasons…summah lovin in the back seat gon!
2) Stay Away - wild that this was one of her early singles. So dark and moody. The way she ennunciates “ech-oh” and “ah-rrrow” 🫨
3) Cloud Aura with Brooke Candy - an iconic early flop, which I think she learned a lot from and rarely missed after this with her features
4) What I Like - my favorite. The “ahhh” vocal fries, she really walked so the girls of the 2020s could run!

Love this new look, a little jarring at first but man is this awesome. Websites are never static, and they aren't made to be. I hope pi.fyi keeps changing forever.
