Meaning, allow yourself to relax from the constant pressure of sounding smart or intelligent! Around others and especially around and to yourself. I've found myself in the habit of over-explaining myself in conversations that I am not confident in talking about just because I was under the impression that I needed to look and sound smart to others. Genuinely f**k that! Don't overcomplicate things because you feel the need to impress. Often, that just leads to self-hatred, feeling dumb trying to get on the level of whoever you're talking to, and inserting yourself into conversations that you are not educated on.
TLDR: It's okay to say that you don't know about something or aren't educated enough. And it's even more okay to simplify your opinion instead of talking out of ur ass.

talk a little too much and a little too loud. laugh for too long or too hard. don’t worry so much about how everyone’s perceiving you, stop preforming for an imaginary audience, not every interaction needs to be dissected. it’s okay to not always be defensive, tell people you love them, throw all your cards out on the table once in a while - the stakes aren’t always that high.
remembering to get outside of my own silly head and actually live is hard sometimes.

People in your life who don't pressure you to text or call them all that often and vice verse. Such a relief through the web of constant pressure I feel to keep up with people due to social media. Like nah it's cool if you don't text me that same day, we got lives to live buddy, I'll see ya when I see ya.

Although not horror in it's traditional sense, the dystopic and serious nature of the rules set in this black comedy movie are beyond horrific. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since I saw it a couple of weeks ago. It's an insane watch.
