i’ve been obsessed w Charli XCX’s album ‘brat’ since it came out it’s so good! my favorite songs are (in no particular order): 1. 360 2. Sympathy is a knife 3. B2b 4. Girl, so confusing (feat. Lorde) 5. Everything is romantic 6. Von dutch would highly recommend listening to this album!! it screams summer to me.

Going to footy matches solo

This was my first football match and I went solo because none of my friends watch football. It was so exhilaring! A cauldron of testosterone! i don’t support Leicester or Crystal Palace but as a neutral it was truly fascinating observing this wonderful thing we call the beautiful game. something kinda old school about seeing families with their kids eating pies and singing football chants.

Youtube & starting small

I use YouTube. Start with 1 min. Then try just making it a daily habit. Then progress to 3,5 mins, etc. you can also do walking meditations or meditations while drinking tea (of course the Brit suggests this) if sitting/laying down is not your thing.
