I’ve been calling it an anchovy summer since probably April and I stand by it. Last week I had anchovies and bread on the beach at the rockaways, this week I added them to a lackluster salad. I could post a photo of my texts about anchovies too but won’t subject you to that
I want to make it with everything when it’s warm out, grilled fish, chicken, etc. So tasty and fresh! Bellisima! Enjoy with plenty of white wine and amaro!
