i like to make it late summer/early fall :)
its just kale, broth (i use veggie bouillon), carrots, garlic, celery and butternut squash. for seasoning: salt, lots of cracked black pepper, sage, parsley and maybe a lil garlic powder and fennel (alternatively, it’s very good with italian sausage if you eat meat) . once those flavors are all mingled, add in a little wild rice for a starch but make sure that it’s like a 1:5 rice to broth ratio so that it’s still soup when you go to store leftovers. add in parmesan when all cooked <3
