If you have ever even questioned if you should delete it, you should. I have been tik tok less since Iām not sure when, guessing at most like 9 months? And I feel like Iām receiving a normal amount of information everyday rather than information overload first thing in the morning. Our brilliant, yet fragile little brains were never made to look at a screen for so long. Go outside. However, it took me about 2 years to even consistently not have tik tok. I would delete it for about two days and download it right back, but I think if youāre stubborn enough- you can do it too :)
