it sounds a little deranged but my mum cooks with a lot of garlic and tends to crush/mince by hand, so her hands/wrist area always smelled like a mix of garlic and the green tea fragrances that she wore.
i stopped using a garlic mincer because the warm scent of garlic helped me miss my mum's cooking less 💔
I think it's an underrated spice. From the moment u start cooking w it, its smell is fucking awesome, but then with food it's like uuuuuhhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhh mmmmmmmm Now I understand the Ratatouille movie.
