I am by no means patriotic. I hate so much on this country and then I go to The Derbyshire Dales on a hot Sunday and I’m like ohhh ok yeah I get why we had so many nature and romantic poets. I am learning to love the country I’m in, and hate the politicians and colonial history in it, rather than just living in self-hatred. It’s not the lands fault, and the land is beautiful. This is also a rec for free roaming cows.

hate the sin love the sinner. that bears no relation to my love for scotland. being here is quite nice. earlier today i was asked “are you okay” to which i responded “i think i am too happy”. awws graced the room. scotland i love you.
