I don’t understand why people get embarrassed by posting pictures (specifically on instagram). Why are we being so serious? Where is our sense of play? Post whatever you want!
no more perfectly curated #messy twenty-photo carousel dumps on instagram with captions designed to give off the perfect casual effortless vibe even tho u thought about the right emoji to use for at least ten minutes. bring back posting an individual photo as our forebears once did... give that photo room to breathe.. post more than once if your heart desires… take up space…
You will surprise yourself and you will connect with the coolest groups of people. Don’t let imposter syndrome or rejection stop you. Get rejected one hundred times. It’s worth it for the times you’ll be seen and accepted and supported. And you get to support others while you’re at it.
