(TJ over there I know). It some ways I hate it - it’s always so busy on weekends, somehow full exclusively of people who don’t know how to move around other people and who just stand in the middle of high traffic areas for some reason. It also feels like an epicentre of overconsumption, rows and rows of random shit literally there because shops overproduce. BUT I also love it. I guess it’s kind of doing a good thing by taking the stuff brands would otherwise throw away. it’s my first port of call when I need to replace bathroom stuff, they always sell Epsom salts really cheap. If I want boujie homewear it’s the place. it’s great for making a gift bag for a friend, or to get cheap fancy pasta. I hate it, I love it. As long as I don’t go on bank holiday weekend (an error I made yesterday) I think I love it more. Here‘s some fancy towels I got from there.

TJ MAXX if you’re American. A wonderful trove of treasures beyond my imagination, an excuse to spend too much money on things I didn’t know I needed. If I’m feeling brave, I sometimes even dare venture into the food ailse…

As much as it pains me, Target is just that good. The calming atmosphere, the low calm music, damn it gets me every time *this is not an ad, I am not getting that Target money*

Doesn’t have 50% of things I need, charges an insane amount for a BEAUTIFUL can of tuna, has 1000 HVTs (high value treats)—I love it here most of all
