This drink reminded me that as the winter months role in I need to start taking more supplements for that seasonal depression. Taking magnesium everyday in my water is a good start to easing into other supplements.
When Iβm really mentally spiraling Iβll take some magnesium, go to bed, and try to get some vitamin c, sunlight, exercise, and protein in the morning (in that order). 99% of the time it cures me of my ills

i started taking magnesium (malate + glycinate + citrate) 4 days ago and i literally feel like a different human being?? i can think thoughts and remember them? i went on a walk the other day just to see the sunshine? when i wake up it still feels like iβve been hit by a bus but a much smaller one than before?!

If you love art why not go a little deeper and go to an artist talk. They usually happen on Saturdays and are so insightful. I always learn something new and leave inspired. Definitely good for introverts as sometimes I get nervous to go to big art gallery openings that usually happen the night before.
Iβve been here twice and it will be my go to art store when I need something very specific. The last time I went there I got my self a new 4*6 notebook and oil pastels. Everyone there is nice and knowledgeable.
