This drink reminded me that as the winter months role in I need to start taking more supplements for that seasonal depression. Taking magnesium everyday in my water is a good start to easing into other supplements.

When I’m really mentally spiraling I’ll take some magnesium, go to bed, and try to get some vitamin c, sunlight, exercise, and protein in the morning (in that order). 99% of the time it cures me of my ills

v accessible vitamin supplement in most shops, Im still an awful sleeper But this truly makes me sleepy if I take it like an hour before bed. apparently most people are deficient so it makes sense 🀷

i started taking magnesium (malate + glycinate + citrate) 4 days ago and i literally feel like a different human being?? i can think thoughts and remember them? i went on a walk the other day just to see the sunshine? when i wake up it still feels like i’ve been hit by a bus but a much smaller one than before?! i've been pumped with so many different pharmaceuticals my entire life and no one was like maybe just try taking some magnesium so let me be the one to tell you
