the good feeling you get from lifting heavy stuff up and down, or doing some pilates, running, and/or walking is unmatched. get out of bed, move around, its good for your health :)
Canβt believe those annoying fitness influencers were right. All it took was working out 5 times a week and I feel sane again. It could literally be just a 45 min walk or 2 hour leg day at the gym but I actually feel so much better mentally and physically.
