didnt get to see them play my no 1 fav - their version of careless whisper - but it was still overwhelming when i stood there in front of my childhood (and still) fav band 😭

So I´m writing my thesis text and I went back to the references I wrote in the proposal and dammmn. I found Brad Garton´s page again and boy is it worth the whole world. From absolutely mesmerizing computer music, to genius coding and honest non-pretentious writings about musicand politics and "sorta random" stuff. And he´s just genuinely lovely to read or listen to.
And he´s this important proffesor at Columbia, but from consuming his stuff you can tell he´s just a dude and he loves that.
And I love that as well.

I absolutely adore the whole album and think it’s a masteripiece, it’s just sosmething about these 3 songs in a row specifically i can’t stooop. Don’t know if it’s about the flawless transitions or the way the panned the synths here or the cohesive theme, but just aaaa :,)
